These nominees are full Directors of the Arms-Length companies. At Board Meetings of the ALMO their role is to work for the best quality housing service for their area.

Their extra duties are:

· To support the other Tenant Board members and make sure they have the knowledge and confidence to manage effectively

· To pass on information from Leeds Tenants Federation and to report back on issues of relevance to tenants city-wide

· To ensure the widest involvement for tenants in ALMO decisions
