Area Federations

Leeds Tenants Federation is developing representative tenants organisations for each district of Leeds.

Our aim is to develop area federations that can speak with one voice on local issues and represent tenants and residents and their tenants groups.

TIC has already set up partnerships with three arms-length management organisations to work jointly on these development projects.

These area federations would enable tenants and residents to influence decision-making in the arms-length management organisations and in the Council's new district partnerships and area management structure.

They would be linked into the city-wide Federation and ensure that the voices of tenants and residents are heard at all levels of decision-making.
