Big Tenant Group Survey

85% of tenants and residents groups are satisfied with the service they get from Leeds Tenants Federation.

That's one of the results from this year's Big Tenants Group Survey (2004). The results also shed light on tenant involvement in the new Arms-Length Management Organisations and hard-to-reach involvement in tenants groups.

Each year since 1994, Leeds Tenants Federation has carried out a survey of tenants and residents groups.

This survey gives us vital information about the activities of groups and shows the Leeds tenants movement to be representative and accountable.
